(1) The foundation should be built on the hard floor, and the foundation plane should be levelled before installation to avoid noise caused by vibration of the air compressor.
(2) If the air compressor is installed in the upstairs, it must do a good job of vibration prevention treatment to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the downstairs, or resonance, which has hidden dangers on the air compressor and the building itself.
(3) The vibration generated by screw air compressor is very small, so there is no need to do a fixed foundation. Provided that the ground on which it is placed shall be flat and there shall be no soft soil underneath. The bottom of the air compressor is best covered with soft pads or shockproof pads to prevent vibration and noise.
